The challenge this month
Do Jillian Michael's every day for a whole month in the month of October!
This sounds totally crazy to me! Because her workouts are totally crazy!!
But I'm gonna do it. I'm going to start today over the kiddos naps. I mean its 30 mins. How can you say no to a 30 min workout. But that's on top of my normal workout so I really think it might be really easy to say no. lol.
I really want to challenge myself this month and push myself to new levels. Working out twice a day everyday is going to be new levels for me.
Its not like I never workout twice a day. Heck I did it yesterday when I took a Fat Burner class and then went back and did some Zumba. But that I did that because I wanted to and felt great. Will I feel great every day... yea that would be a NO!
So here are my starting measurements before doing the 30 day shred
Hips: 44
Middle Waist: 34
Low Waist: 40
Right Leg: 26
Left Leg: 26
Right Arm: 14
Left Arm: 14
So there they are. Pitiful I know. You should have seen them when I was 19lbs heavier.
Yep you read that right 19lbs LOST! Just working on this last pound and then I will post about it and share pics =)
