SO.......
This week I sooooo fell off the band wagon. The losing weight band wagon that is. I mean I work out every day except for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. But I ate SOOO badly. I blame the husband and him eating such yummy food and me wanting to enjoy yummy food too!
So today I still sit 19.5lbs lighter then 6 weeks ago. But my goal for this week is to get to that 20lb mark! Lots of clean eating and working out is in my future.
One of the nice things about Chris being gone (there are not many good things so I have to take the little things) is I don't have to make big dinners. I can eat little things like salad or cereal for dinner. I do so well all day and then dinner and that after dinner snack is what kills me. Iam going to try my hardest this week to do everything right and I hope and pray that I make it to the big 2-0!
My goal over Oct is to lose 8lbs. That may seem like an odd number but that would make my weight loss total 27lbs and I would be exactly at my pre pregnancy weight (for Ten, My pre pregnancy weight from Marcus is still 33lbs away) So 8lbs between now and when my Hubs comes home. Its 2.5lbs a week which is doable if I stick to a good diet and working out HARD! And of course Jillian Michael's workouts =)
So here's to a good week and hopefully at least a half pound weight loss!
